Streamline Billing with Token/Card System

Effortlessly manage high-volume sales, especially during festive seasons, utilizing our token/card system. Automatically retrieve transaction details by scanning the generated card number, simplifying billing and minimizing delays.

Column Details :

Screen 1
Card No.	Enter Card No. for URD Purchase Note.
Print	If you tick this option, the card will be automatically printed. If you do not tick it, the card will only be saved without printing.
Salesman	The salesperson who approached and created the delivery note.
Delivered By	Select username who generates the card for Sale.
Name	Here, you’ll see an option with a plus sign. Click on it to create a customer CRM account, which will make it easier for the cashier to process the bill. Additionally, if the CRM account is already created, you can search for it by clicking on the search option.
Mobile Number	The option for the mobile number is provided so you can search for the customer CRM account by number, making the salesperson’s work more efficient.

Barcode	Enter the barcode if you want to generate a sale card for a labeled item. After entering the barcode, it will automatically retrieve all the details related to that barcode. You can also select non-labeled items if needed.
Item Description	Select the specific item for the URD, such as Old Gold, Old Silver, Old Stone, etc.
Narration	Here, you can enter any narration about the selected item. If you select a barcode, the item category, less weight, etc. will appear in the narration column.
Counter	Select the specific counter from which the delivery card is generated.
Caret	Select Carat.
Pcs	Enter pieces.
Gross Wt.	Enter Gross weight of selected item.
Net Wt.	Based on the Gross Weight and Purity, the net weight will be automatically calculated.
Rng Wt.	Enter the RNG weight, if any.
Sale Weight	Based on the Gross Weight, Net Weight, and RNG Weight, the sale weight will be calculated automatically.
Rate	It will automatically take the rate from the Today's Rate Master.
Making Rate	Enter the making Rate for selected item.
Making On	Select the specific making type, whether it is based on grams (Gms) or pieces (pcs).
Making	It will automatically calculate the making amount based on the making rate and the selected making type.
Making Discount	If you want to give a discount, you can select the option for the discount as follows: % on Making Amount % on [specific value] % on Making % on Rate % on Other Charges Rs. on Pieces On Full Amount On Making Rate
Other Charges	This column will allow you to enter the amount for other charges if applicable.
Amount	It will automatically calculate the amount based on Net Wt.
Difference	Here you can enter the amount for rounding off the amount.
HUID	Enter HUID code
Add	If you want to add any item then you can click on Add button.
Delete	If you want to delete any item then you can click on Delete button.
Discount Option	In the footer of this screen, you’ll find the discount option and a summary of the transaction. Based on this summary, if you wish, you can choose to apply a discount to any of the following: Making Discount Rate Discount Full Discount
